Andrew is a highly regarded personal injury practitioner, acting predominantly for Defendants.

Renowned for meticulous preparation, he has established a strong reputation in employers’ liability and public liability work and has a specialist interest in highways claims.

Andrew routinely acts for a number of local authorities and the NHSLA, and is retained as panel counsel for some major UK insurers.

He has significant experience in road traffic claims and is instructed nationally in complex matters, often involving allegations of dishonesty or fraud.

In addition to his personal injury work, Andrew has acted for police authorities and corporate insurers in a number of high profile Article 2 inquests.

Andrew has longstanding experience in Housing Act matters and acts for large housing associations in civil injunctions and possession proceedings.
