Lindsay is committed to developing the clinical negligence aspect of her practice, and represents health authorities and NHS trusts in liability disputes and complex quantum issues.
Lindsay has a wealth of experience defending road traffic claims including Low Velocity Impact claims, fraudulent road traffic claims and contempt proceedings.
Lindsay prides herself on being able to turn paperwork around efficiently and at short notice when required. Lindsay also accepts CFA work.
