Richard Bradley appears on behalf of the Environment Agency as Severn Trent are fined £800,000 for polluting a Shropshire stream.
Severn Trent pleaded guilty to causing sewage to discharge into a brook from their Acton Burnell Treatment Works
It was also ordered to pay costs of £70,420.28 and a victim surcharge of £120.
