Last month, John Gray represented a software developer who faced a £250,000 claim in damages in relation to bespoke software developed for their former client.  Following a 3 day trial in the Business and Property Court, John's client was ordered to pay less than 3% of the amount claimed and, to reflect the relative success of the Parties, John's client was awarded their costs of the action.
