Julie has over 25 years’ experience specialising all aspects of financial remedies; from applications for financial relief under the Matrimonial Causes Act; Schedule 1 Children Act; to complex applications under the Matrimonial Family and Family Proceedings Act.

With confidence and competence, Julie can tackle all levels of cases, from low to high value matters, where assets may include, farming assets/land; trusts; offshore assets; business/companies and pensions.

Julie has a wealth of experience in dealing with Court of Protection work, to including an individual being subject to a depravation of liberty; disputes in relation to care; residence, medical treatment; contact issues.  

Other Court of Protection work relating to financial disputes, revocation and validity of Lasting Power of Attorney’s. Julie undertakes a lot of work on behalf of Local Authorities, Solicitors, IMACS, Official Solicitor and Public Guardian.
