Sarah Gruffydd has a predominantly Criminal Practice with substantial experience in Prosecution (CPS, Group 4, Probation) and Defence work; Crown and Magistrates Court level; Adult and youth clients; Trials, Sentences, POCA’s, Bail Applications, Plea in Mitigation, Case Management etc.

Sarah has experience of a range of personal injury litigation, which includes the following: Particular knowledge in (i) Road Traffic (ii) Tripping/Slipping (iii) Common Law negligence; Trials across all tracks; Hearings relating to disposal, allocation, directions and applications; Direct drafting and advisory personal injury work, to a reasonable deadline.

Sarah is personable and down to earth, which Professional, and Lay, Clients appreciate; she is also a spontaneous advocate who can grasp difficult issues and express them simply.

Outside of her practice, Sarah primarily enjoys quality time with her Husband and her daughters. Sarah also appreciates travel, dining out, and rugby (watching only!)
